A Night to Remember
The Merton Partnership Civic Pride Volunteer Awards returned for a very special 10th year, shining a spotlight on the incredible people who give their time, energy and passion to make our borough a better place.
Nearly 300 guests came together for an unforgettable evening that celebrated the heart of Merton; its volunteers. From long-serving community champions to young changemakers at the start of their journey, the event recognised those who uplift their neighbourhoods and inspire positive change. The energy of the evening has stayed with our team and guests ever since.
Generously sponsored and hosted by CHAK89, the night featured a three-course dinner and awards ceremony. The Mayor of Merton and colleagues presented nine awards across a wide range of categories, from environmental action and sports leadership to mentoring and lifetime service.
Each nominee reflected the very best of our borough. This tenth anniversary was more than a celebration, it was a reminder of what’s possible when people come together in the spirit of service and community. Thank you to everyone who made it such a memorable occasion.
