New Service: Pathways Together
We’re excited to announce Pathways Together, a new employability support service led by our Employability Community Link Workers, Jess and Nessa.

Pathways Together is part of the South London Trailblazer programme and is designed to help local residents take the next step towards work and wellbeing.

  • Individuals who have been unemployed long-term

  • Young people starting out in work

  • Parents balancing family and career

  • Carers

  • People living with disabilities or long-term health conditions

  • Diverse and underrepresented communities

  • Building confidence and self-belief

  • Supporting access to services and skill development

  • Offering personalised guidance through holistic assessments

  • Exploring opportunities in employment, training, education, and volunteering

  • Strengthening community connections

  • Working to reduce inequalities

  • Helping people increase and maximise their income
